Billing & Insurance

Consulting Radiologists Corporation has a billing office to assist with insurance filing and any questions you may have regarding your insurance and your bill.

The billing office may be reached by phone at (419) 254-2115 or by fax at (419) 254-2121. Their hours are 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday-Friday. The billing office is located at 1946 North 13th St. in Toledo.

For most exams at the Regency Imaging Center, patients will receive one bill that includes both the technical and interpretive charges.
